Common Issues

Game won't load: Force-quit and restart. If still broken, please email us with your device model and OS version.
Lost my progress: Progress is stored locally. Reinstalling the app will reset it. We don't have remote backups in v1.
Ad keeps crashing: Update to the latest version. Email us if it persists.
Refund requests (paid features): Apple handles refunds via reportaproblem.apple.com.
